I have a bolt I'm trying to identify so I can get more of them. It is about 3/8" in diameter, but is not a stnadard 3/8-16 coarse thread or 3/8-24 fine thread. It is not an M10x1.5, but an M10x1.25 nut fits it loosely. The M10x1.25 bolt will not fit in the threaded hole (it is too large in diameter) where my bolt goes.
Cna anyone help identify the proper size of this bolt, so I can order more?
Thanks you,
June
How many threads per inch are there?
If you only have a 1/2" of thread, count the threads and multiply by 2.

I counted 10 threads in 1/2" which would make it 20 threads per inch.
From research done after my post, it appears that this is a BSF Whitworth fine thread 3/8"-20x3/4" bolt.
Any idea where I can order 8?
Thank you.
Follow this link to that product:
