French armoire nuts

I need four iron nuts with the following specs: 11.5 threads per inch american national thread, The bolt OD is .35 in or 8.75 mm,

The nut ID is .275 inches or 7 mm.

The width of the nut is 2 cm square and .5 cm thick.

These are on a french furniture item about 200 years old.

Is there any equivalent?

My suppliers work wonders some times! This is not one of those times. They have suggested the same thing I will: These need to be custom made! You are probably better off trying to get someone here in the US try to make these as they will be more expensive coming from overseas.
